OUR HISTORY

West Grand Medical Associates, P.C. was founded in March 1988 and opened for business on April 11, 1988. We were originally organized as a multi specialty group with family physicians Joan Mahn MD and Robert Major MD and internist Charles Baumgart MD. Endocrinology was added in 1990 with Nancy Kane-Johnson MD.

The group became family practice only in 1991 with the departure of Dr. Baumgart and Kane-Johnson to Mercy West. Dr. Mahn retired in 1996. Krista Smalley-Webb PA-C joined us in 2002 and Dr. Singh MD in 2008.
